This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping and delivery in compliance with Austrian and European Union (EU) consumer protection laws, including:

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- Austria (domestic)
- European Union (EU) member states
- Selected non-EU countries (contact us for availability)
If you are located outside these regions and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@vitinor.com before purchasing to confirm shipping feasibility.
2. Processing Time
📦 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.
If there are delays in processing your order due to high demand, stock issues, or external factors, we will notify you via email.
🚨 Note: Custom or personalized products may require additional processing time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. Estimated timeframes:

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
📍 Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
✔️ Free shipping is available for orders over €50 within Austria and €100 within the EU.
✔️ Customers outside the EU are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees (see Section 6).
5. Order Tracking
📦 All shipments come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking system.
